Yard Rebate collects contact details, property/project answers, photos, payment workflow metadata, referral requests, revision requests, refund requests, and analytics events needed to operate the service.

Uploads are not public. Access is limited to fulfillment, support, compliance, and deletion requests. Users may request deletion of intake and contact data unless retention is required for payment, tax, fraud, or legal reasons.
